About MED42

The MED42 completes the MED YACHT range which is composed of the 42 and 52 foot models realized by naval architect Gilles Vaton and with a design by Enrico Gobbi, designer for RosiNavie, Dreamline, Dominator and recently for the new ISA Yacht 67m and ROSSI NAVI 63m. MED42 is riding the wave of inspiration for the most modern and luxurious yachts.

Inside this high-end boat, enjoy a large cabin / suite with a bar height of 1.95m, a bathroom and separate shower, a dressing room, a large refrigerator of 300 liters in the salon and a second Ar double cabin.

The MED42 is powered by two IPS VOLVO 500 or 650, but also in an outboard version with 3x300hp Mercury V8 or with two new V12 600hp Mercury, allowing it to reach 45knts in top speed.

The uncluttered deck arrangements facilitate circulation and allow the MED42 to be the ideal boats for cruising (with two or three cabins), for family days and festive moments where many guests can find the necessary space to their comfort. The deck is designed to allow fluid movement, with a central bar, large volumes, a separate dining area, XXL sun loungers, a tender garage and Water Toys…, tenderlift, electric awning, grill… Numerous hollow joints with LED strips, neat lines, worked details and quality accessories embellish the boat.

A large cabin/suite (height under bar 1,90m) with bathroom and independent shower, dressing room, large refrigerator of 200 liters in the living room, and a second double cabin Ar with low height under bar.

On the bridge:
- A large hold accessible from the deck to store a deflated tender, tools, sea toys or diving equipment.
- A box in the transom for storing fenders, fins, masks,...
- A large outdoor Kitchen/Bar with refrigerators, Ice-Maker, plancha and kitchen storage.

- Electric curtain of 2m integrated in the Hard-top to cover the dining area.

Customizations and options:

The MED42 will be very well equipped as standard with 8 mm solid teak, all the fittings, the hard-top, the choice of upholstery, woodwork and materials will be possible in standard version.
- Optional: air conditioning, generator, electronics, hard-top electric curtain and hull paint mainly.

The MEDs offer a luxurious level of finish and equipment as standard. The MED42 is offered as standard with higher than usual levels of finish and for a similar price, but also with an optional Team 4 Design Luxury Package (by Enrico Gobbi) for a premium level of finish and material qualities. The MED42 made its world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Boat Show 2021.
