OCEANIS 37.1

This new 37-footer capitalises on the innovations of the 7th generation of Oceanis, which it completes. The eighth model to be launched since 2017, it reflects the full personality of the range, and offers more sustainable and environmentally-friendly solutions such as an optional electric engine and iroko cockpit cladding.

The very open exterior space benefits from the absence of a backstay, a configuration successfully adopted on the Oceanis 30.1 and Oceanis 34.1. The two-stage pusher rig is generous and promises the Oceanis 37.1 some fine performance.

To remain manoeuvrable with a reduced crew, all manoeuvres are carried out using the two winches at the stern. Only the halyards remain concentrated around the deckhouse. A helm console on the starboard side houses all the instruments, including a plotter.

The hull is based on the principle of tuliping, a rib which helps to maintain fluid lines in the underwater section and provides extra power and stability. It also improves the rigidity of the hull, for good weight control, and an interior volume to match.

The space offered in the saloon is close to that of a 40-footer. Offset to port, the saloon includes a chaise longue and a comfortable table for six, opposite the galley.

The forward cabin offers an uninterrupted view of the horizon through the two large portholes integrated into the planking. In the two-bathroom version, the bed is offset against the hull on the starboard side and is very generous in size.

Aft, comfort is optimal. In the standard version, the double bed is king size and the huge hold is accessible from both inside and out.
